My name is Andrew Boyle, and I am an ASCA certified nutritionist, specialising in one to one nutrition consultations in English or French, available by video call or in person in Geneva and Nyon, Switzerland.

The first step is easy, a 15 minute introductory call to understand what you need.

How we will work together

    • Ideas and recipes that are tailored for you, that will guide you on the path to better health.

    • Helping you rebalance your life - Routine, time, habits, priorities.

    • Enabling you to manage your career and ambitions with more energy.

  • The appointments will last one hour. I recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to properly cover your individual needs.

    Each session will be CHF150 per hour.

I’m dedicated to helping people improve their health through the scientifically-backed benefits of real food.

Real food refers to fresh, unprocessed ingredients that are as close to their natural state as possible. This includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, nuts, and seeds. These foods are rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, providing maximum nutritional benefit and supporting optimal health.

My philosophy is simple: prioritise these natural, whole foods over processed alternatives to nourish your body and enhance your well-being.

Nature provides the best nourishment, and my goal is to help you reconnect with the basics of healthy eating.

Eating should be enjoyable as well as healthy, and I love introducing creative and interesting food options that work for you.

About me

Growing up in Ireland, I lived in various countries before settling in Switzerland in 2011. I enjoy running, yoga, and travelling. When I travel I like to discover local food for inspiration.

Cooking is my passion, with a love of transforming simple ingredients into satisfying flavourful meals every day.

With 20 years experience of working in the corporate sector in Human Resources, I understand how challenging it can be to juggle a busy professional life with your personal life, maintaining health, well-being and energy all at the same time.

To bring both my passion and my experience together, I completed an advanced certificate in Holistic Nutrition at the Ecole de Nutrition Holistique in Geneva, Switzerland.

Now, I bring my professional experience, my passion for food, as well as my extensive nutritional training to help my clients make positive changes that will work for their lifestyle and routines.
